Photos are of Uncle Herbie and Liz G (age 1?), so I'd guess it was taken in 1966 about, at Lovewell's Pond, aka "camp". Auntie Kay is in the background and maybe Aunt Peggy is next to her, hard to tell. Herb/Dad and Liz look so young!
